Getting started...
(Select a Service)

Get connected to a commissioned eNotary in as little as 15 minutes
Start by deciding if you like to get notarized online, in person, or perhaps you need an apostille?

Physical Signatures

(Remote / Online Notarization)

Remote Online Notarization, or RON, is the use of audio/visual technology to complete a notarial act when the principal is not in the same physical location as the notary public.

  1. After booking your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation on-screen and via email with a link to your virtual session.

  2. If you have any additional signers or witnesses, reply to this email with their names and email addresses.

  3. During your meeting, you will need to show the notary your ID and physically sign your documents on camera. (Please have your document printed, completely filled out before the meeting.)

  4. Lastly, scan & email the physically signed document to your notary.

Once received, we will notarize the document and you'll receive an email with accesss to the final copy.

Electronic Signatures

(Digital Signatures & Seal)

An Electronic Notarization is a notarial act performed by an electronic notary public using his or her electronic seal and electronic signature on electronic documents.

  1. After booking your appointment, you'll have the option to upload your unsigned documents.

  2. Once uploaded, you'll receive a confirmation on-screen and via email. If you have any additional signers or witnesses, reply to this email with their names and email addresses.

  3. During the session, you will need to verify your ID and electronicallysign your documents.

  4. Once all signers have signed, the notary will place his/her electronic seal on the document(s)

All signers will receive the final notarized copy via email once it is complete.

Apostille & Legalization Service

Standard & Expedited Processing

An Apostille is an authentication of a public document issued pursuant to the 1961 Hague Convention abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents. It ensures that public documents issued in one signatory country will be recognized as valid in another signatory country.

  1. After booking your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email requesting some additional information.

  2. If required, you will meet with a notary to show ID and physically sign your documents on camera. (Please have your ID ready and your document printed before the meeting.)

  3. Email your signed documents to info@usvirtualnotary.com so that we can double-check it for accuracy.

  4. Lastly, mail your physical documents to the address provided in your apostille confirmation email.

Once we receive your document(s), we will proceed with the apostille process.
If your return address is in the US, we will ship your final package to you free of charge!

Need physical "wet" signatures?

No problem!

Both our Remote/Online Notarization and International Notarization service options allow for physical signatures. During your session, just let your notary know that you need a physical copy and we will provide a mailing address to send your documents.

Once received, they will be notarized and sent to your recipient. (Shipping not included).
